Defective KZ purchased from Garcin's RV Pasadena, Newfoundland

Brought a brand new Coyote travel trailer by KZ RV from Garcin's RV in Pasadena, Newfoundland. Apparently an aluminum frame member expanded and pushed out the fibreglass on the slide side. I don't buy it as the fibreglass is pushed out in a perfect 2" x approx 2.5' shape. How much heat would be required to do this? KZ and Garcin's are not interested in fixing it, nor interested that this could be a major problem in all their aluminum framed trailers. Will never buy from Garcin's RV or a KZ again. Only option now will be to take them to court as this has devalued my trailer. To think I had a choice to buy any other trailer under the sun, but chose them in the mistaken belief that my major purchase would be looked after in the event of an issue. So disappointed in KZ and Garcin's RV. Buyer beware as there is obviously an issue with defective framing on the trailers.

I would rather go tenting than waste my money on KZ that I know I would have problems with. I have heard many horror stories involving this company
